    Lessons From My Past Jobs

I am at a pretty stable job now and one I’m very fond of and I just started to realize what each of my past jobs has taught me. I’ve been thinking about it quite a bit recently because my job is fairly new. I’ve had 6 jobs prior to my current. A very wise person told me that each jobs is meant to be a stepping stone to help build you up until you reach the top which one which is your career. It blows my mind that I’ve had 6 jobs already, and those are all real paying jobs. That doesn’t even include my internships and volunteer experiences.…

    My Favorite Things About Fall

Fall is officially here, it’s colder in the mornings and even colder at night. The sun is starting to go down a little faster. The leaves are still green, but they’ll change pretty soon. It’s slowly starting to get colder here in California and pumpkin spice lattes among pumpkin spice everything has fallen upon us. I had my first pumpkin spice latte yesterday and it was great. Less sweet compared to the previous times I’ve had it, but it was nice. I’m not a big fan of pumpkin spice anything lol I was just in a mood for a hot drink at Starbucks and it’s been at least 2 years…

    My Birthday

October 5 is my birthday and I had the best birthday this year! I woke up pretty energized after being sick and feeling super weak this past week. I tried wearing this dress that I love, but it wasn’t working out and I wanted to be more comfortable since I was just going to work anyways. So I decided to wear light blue jeggings, wedges, a cute top, with a blazer and my purse to pull it all together. I didn’t put any makeup on, since I didn’t feel the need to and haven’t felt the need to wear makeup this past month. As much as I love doing my…

Affordable Vegan & Cruelty Free Brands

Buying new makeup products is always fun, and I’ve been using affordable Vegan and Cruelty Free Brands since I first started using makeup I just didn’t know it. I thought I’d share with you my favorite affordable vegan and cruelty free brands. First off  ELF, Wet n’ Wild, NYX, BH COSMETICS, Pixi, are all my favorites! Each brand is affordable and generally all available in the same location except for Pixi and BH Cosmetics. BH cosmetics is only available online, but they have sales often so TOTALLY WORTH! While Pixi is a little more pricey compared to the rest of the brands, so it’s not available in drug stores. It’s…

What I Wish I Knew Before Moving In With My Boyfriend

Intro Last year my boyfriend and I moved in together and we thought it was going to be amazing and it has been, but I wish I knew a few things beforehand. Finding an apartment together was tough, because we weren’t able to look together at most places since we were in a long distance relationship. That being said our move-in process was delayed a little however, everything ended up working out and I like how we ended up at our little home. Someone will ALWAYS feel like they are doing more for the other person and doing more in the relationship overall. I’ve read in articles in the past…

    My Favorite Shows

My summer is officially over and now most of the shows I’ve been watching have officially ended so on that note I’m going to share my favorite shows! I can’t stop rewatching these shows because they’re so nostalgic and they make me feel good. I like having background noise when I’m blogging and when I’m trying to destress. I’m also in my twenties so it just makes me feel good that my life isn’t all that put together since everyone’s lives are always changing in each of the shows I watch. First off, Sex and the City- I can’t get over this show it’s just too good. The bond between…

I just want to record my journey so I can look back and remember the adventures I had in college, besides all the stress and crying LOL. Here is my list: Take pictures with friends, coworkers, professors and people who were apart of my journey. I want to be able to tell stories about these people and our encounters. Take pictures…

I’ve been doing this since last summer and I’ve come up with a nice system so I thought I would share my tips. Get a planner.
