    My community college experience

Community college was one of the best decisions I made in my life! In high school, I always told myself I wasn’t going to go to community college. I thought community college was for those who couldn’t get into an actual university. I thought it was beneath me, the truth is I didn’t want to stay in my hometown. After realizing I couldn’t afford to attend a university because of costs, I decided community college is better than no college. Sure my mom and step father stressed to me how important an education is, but they never really supported me with my education. They didn’t help me pay for it,…

Thai Recipe: Puk Pret Pla Stir Fried Fish

Puk Pret Pla means stir fried fish, and my brother and I loved this dish when we first tried it at my mom’s workplace (Asian Restaurant), now it’s a regular meal at my childhood home. I learned this recipe from my mom whom learned it from her boss who owns a restaurant. My mom makes this recipe probably once a month at home. I learned how to make it because my mom actually had time to teach me and because I have been wanting to learn how to make more Thai dishes. My boyfriend and his family love this recipe. My Apartment Decor

Hello Hello! I have been working on DIY’s to decorate my apartment. My apartment decor consists of mostly my doing since my boyfriend doesn’t really care where I put my things as long as it makes me happy. I made most of my decor items. I’m working on canvas’s and collages for one wall of the bedroom. In the living room, we have a huge frame above our couch with pictures of mainly my boyfriend and I and our family. We have little canvas’s here and there. I am beyond excited to decorate when we get a house! I don’t think my canvas collage will be finished until the end…

    Fitness Watch Review

My father bought me my first pedometer at 7 year old as I remember at a Big 5 Sporting Goods store. At the time I did not understand the meaning of it but after learning it’s function I liked it. For a few years I treasured that pedometer, but something happened to it. Fast forward to my first years in college I bought a pedometer for $10. At first I was happy with my purchase believing it was accurate and loved that it would help me. Later I learned it was not accurate so I stopped using it. One of my goals for this year is to take much better…
