I haven’t blogged in a couple weeks now due to dealing with personal stuff. Recently after watching Blogilates 90 day challengeI feel very motivated to do my own journey to help reach my own personal goal of losing 5lbs by the end of the year!
It’s not a lot of weight but it’s moreso to stay motivated and to do it in a healthy way once I accomplish this goal then I will go on to try to reach another goal.
