How I Cope With Stress

Currently I’m attending a university full time, working part time, while also trying to have a social life. I stress when I’m not on top of things. I like making to do lists, and having a planner for my life really helps me. My favorite part of having a planner is being able to cross something off my list once it’s completed! It’s a great feeling of accomplishment. The real way for me not to stress is to make sure I finish everything ahead of time so it won’t be on my mind later.

I cope with my stress by:

  • Going out and socializing whether it be hanging out with friends
  • Having me time
  • Going bowling
  • Going to new places in town
  • Going to the movies
  • Shopping
  • Making DIY’s
  • Journaling
  • Drawing
  • Watching Thai dramas and youtube videos
  • Calling friends to catch up
  • Working out
  • Cooking and Baking
  • Blogging
  • Doing my nails
  • Playing with makeup
  • Being with family
  • Reading
